Voneus Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

For every friend you refer to Voneus, both you and your friend will be rewarded with a £50 voucher.

Eligibility

Voneus Broadband Refer a Friend scheme is available to existing broadband customers that are UK residents and aged 18 or over.

To be eligible for a reward your friend must be a UK resident, be 18 years or over, and needs to be a new customer subscribing to Voneus Broadband.

How does the scheme work?

Once you have signed up for the program you will receive a referral link. You can share this via email, SMS, or social media.

For you and your friend to receive the reward the following must happen:

• Your friend must use the unique referral link you have sent them to also sign up to the referral scheme and then book their qualifying package.
• The connection has been successfully installed and  the 14-day cooling off period plus one month has expired.

We need all of the above conditions to be met in order to process the £50 gift card. And no, you cannot refer yourself unfortunately.

How many people can use my link?

You can refer as many people as you like, The more you refer, the more you and your friends get rewarded!

When will I receive my reward?

You and your friend will receive your rewards by email following the successful  installation of the new customers connection, and the 14-day cooling off period plus one month has expired. It’s your responsibility that Voneus has a valid email for you.

Do I still get a reward if my friend cancels?

You will only get your reward if your friend installs/activates their new Voneus service and the 14-day cooling off period plus one month has expired . If your friend cancels before this, neither of you will be rewarded.

Fraud

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Voneus reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.

How will you use my Personal Data?

You agree that by referring a friend via referral link, we may share your name with the friend to tell them who has referred them. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Refer-a-Friend promotion. Legal

By taking part in our Refer a Friend scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions and you agree for Voneus to send further communications solely in respect of this scheme.

The Refer a Friend scheme may be withdrawn, amended or extended at any time and without notice.

This scheme is not to be used in conjunction with any third party or affiliate offers.

The Refer a Friend scheme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
